Sprout pencils are the original plantable pencils. Patented and guaranteed to be of the highest quality.  A wonderful gift for children at a birthday party and what better way to encourage kids to write than needing to get to the end of the pencil so they can plant fun veggies and flowers with it!

All aspects of the Sprout pencil are sustainable and non-toxic – from the biodegradable seed capsule to the 100% natural clay and graphite core and PEFC/FSC-certified wood.

All Sprout seeds have been selected because they are easy to germinate. So you can enjoy vibrant flowers, fragrant herbs or fresh vegetables.

Sprout Pencils are non-toxic and completely safe – even if you eat the seed capsule. This contains a bit of tree flour and some seeds and is completely harmless if ingested – although it won’t taste great!

Pencil will arrive unsharpened - we think it's safer this way - but please let us know if you would like us to sharpen them before we send them.
