SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY
We offer FREE delivery to UK addresses for orders over £30 (Standard Delivery)
Your delivery will be dispatched within 5 working days.
We recommend that you chose a trackable service or signed for service.
If your order is more urgent please get in touch at email@example.com to see if we can help.
If you haven't received your parcel and feel you should have - please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will try our very best to resolve the issue but unfortunately we cannot be accountable for delayed items.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be happy with your purchases but if you are not please send us an email immediately to let us know what the problem is. Our return policy lasts 7 days from receipt of item - unfortunately we will not be able to offer you an exchange or refund after this.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in its original packaging.
Please note we can not refund products that have been used, damaged or altered in any way. Your refund may take up to 14 days after your item has been returned to us.
We will email you to let you know when we have received your returned item and to confirm when we have paid your refund.
EXCHANGES, BREAKAGES & ITEMS SENT IN ERROR
Any faulty items must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery, please send an email to email@example.com with a photograph of the faulty items and send your item back to us.
We will replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged or if an incorrect item has been received.
Shipping Returns and Exchanges
To return your product, please mail your product carefully back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we sent you an item in error or a faulty item.
Please consider using a trackable shipping/postal service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Working days are Monday to Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays.
If a 'safe place' is requested it is the customers responsibility we cannot accept any responsibility for lost or missing parcels.
If an order is sent back to us because it was not collected from the carriers sorting facility after they attempted to deliver and left notification, you will be liable for the shipping fee.
